To dispute a Visa check card purchase, contact the merchant so a credit can be issued to your account for that transaction. If you are unable to reach the merchant or if it has been a considerable amount of time and the merchant has yet to credit your account, you can dispute the transaction through Allegacy. To dispute the transaction, please contact us either through Live Chat or by calling Member Services at (336) 774-3400 or (800) 782-4670.
