If your request for E-bills is rejected, you have a couple of options:
1. You can try to request E-bills again. When registering, make sure you enter your information (especially your account number) completely and accurately.
2. You can contact the biller to determine why the biller rejected your E-bill request. If any changes are needed to allow the E-bill service, the biller can update your account so you can re-apply for the service
