When you delete a biller, we will automatically remove the biller from your Biller List and notify the biller to stop sending your bills electronically. Any unpaid E-bills cannot be paid. We recommend that you pay all unpaid E-bills prior to deleting the biller.
Depending on the biller's billing cycle, it is possible that you may receive an E-bill after you have deleted the biller because the biller had already processed the E-bill and sent it to WebPay. In this case, you can add the biller again (without requesting E-bills) and make the payment from your "Payment Center."
