When you choose to stop receiving paper bills from a biller and you agree to the biller's Terms and Conditions for receiving E-bills, we will notify the biller to stop sending you paper bills in the mail. It can sometimes take up to a month to stop receiving paper bills, depending on the biller's billing cycle for your account.
We will notify you electronically when you have a new E-bill, either by sending you an email or displaying a message when you sign into WebPay.  After you receive notification that you have a new E-bill, you can pay the E-bill through WebPay, which saves you time and money, and helps the environment by eliminating paper bills
