Follow the steps below if you receive a late fee or finance charge for a WebPay payment:
1. Contact the biller's customer service department. Verify the account number, address, and due date for the payment.
2. When you call, gather the following information:
- The name of the person who assisted you with your payment question.
- The phone number you called to contact the biller.
- The date you called the biller to inquire about the late fees.
- The amount of any late fees or finance charges assessed.
3. Ask the biller to waive any fees or finance charges.
4. If the biller refuses to waive the fees charged, please contact us either through Live Chat or by calling Member Services at (336) 774-3400 or (800) 782-4670.
NOTE: Allegacy will only reimburse you for fees charged for late WebPay payments if the account number and address entered in WebPay are correct. We also require a copy of your statement or bill that shows the late fees and/or interest being charged
