To update the account information for a biller, click on "Manage My Bills." Select the biller that you wish to update. Click on "Update Biller Information." This page allows you to update the address, account number, telephone number, and other information for that biller. These changes will be effective for any payment scheduled after you make the changes. Any payments that are pending prior to the changes will not be updated with the new information. Please cancel any pending payment so the payments will not be sent using incorrect information. Once the updates have been made, you can reschedule the payments.
To update recurring payments, click on "Manage My Bills." Select the biller that needs to be updated. Click the radio button next to "Update automatic payment."
