To begin receiving your bills through the physical mail, you will need to cancel your E-bills for that biller. To do so, click on "Manage My Bills." Select the biller you wish to update. Click on the radio button next to "Stop an electronic version of my bill." The biller may take up to one billing cycle to update your bills so your bills will be mailed to you again
