Any changes with the biller or the log in information used to access your account with a specific biller will need to remain up-to-date. To update this information, click on "Manage My Bills." Select the biller that you wish to update. Click on "Update Biller Information." This page allows you to update the address, account number, telephone number, and other information for that biller. If your username and/or password for the biller have been changed, you will be given the option to enter in the new information. Once all updates have been made, click on "Save Changes."
I changed my user name and password at the biller's web site and I haven't received any new bills. What should I do? Print
