The difference in your balance and available balance is due to some type of hold. You may have pending transactions on your debit card. When a debit card is used for a credit transaction, it can take up to five business days for the transaction to post. The funds will be held from your available balance until the transaction clears your account.
There may be a hold on a recent deposit. Holds apply to deposits made at an ATM and/or service center. When the hold releases, you will see the funds added to your available balance.
