Transfers can be made between different memberships through WebBanking and PhoneBanking.  If you are not joint on the account that you wish to transfer funds to, the owner of the account will need to give you access.  To do so, a Cross-Account Transfer form will need to be completed by the other member.  The other member can log into their WebBanking account and obtain the application under "Secure Forms."  From there, click on "Cross-Account Transfers."  Once the application has been submitted, it will be processed within 24 business hours.

The member you wish to transfer funds to can also request the Cross-Account Transfer form in any financial center or by contacting Member Services at (336) 774-3400 or (800) 782-4670
