Transfers can be made between all of the accounts you are joint on through WebBanking and PhoneBanking. To access your account through PhoneBanking, call (336) 794-4845 or (800) 866-9035. To request a transfer through WebBanking, click on "Account Transfers" from the left side of the screen. Select the account the funds are coming from, the account the funds are going into, and the amount. Click "Transfer Funds."
It may take up to 24 hours for the transfer to go through. You will know the transfer has been completed and was successful when the balance of the receiving account has been updated.
