Allegacy does not charge a fee to transfer funds between your accounts or to make a payment to a loan. The federal government sets a strict regulation on the withdrawals made from a non-transactional account, such as a savings account or Money Market account. For a savings account, you are allowed six automatic withdrawals/transfers per month. This includes any transfers made through PhoneBanking, WebBanking, and as your overdraft source to your checking account. This also includes ACH drafts from the savings account.
For a Money Market account, you are allowed up to six transactions per month, three of which can be a check. No more than three checks can be written in any given month. Once this limit has been reached, there is a fee of $5.00 for each additional transaction
