Using WebBanking, you can transfer funds between all of the accounts that you are joint on. To complete a transfer, click on "Account Transfers" from the left side of the screen. If an account you are joint on does not appear when you attempt a transfer, please contact us either through Live Chat or by calling Member Services at (336) 774-3400 or (800) 782-4670.
If you want to authorize another Allegacy member to transfer funds to and/or from your account, you can give them access by filling out the "Cross Account Transfer" application. This application is located under "Secure Forms" within WebBanking.
If you want authorization to transfer to and/or from another Allegacy member's account, that member will need complete the "Cross Account Transfer" application while logged into their WebBanking account
