To dispute a transaction, contact the merchant so a credit can be issued to your account. Allow the merchant at least 30 days to post the credit to your account. If you are unable to reach the merchant or if it has been a considerable amount of time and the merchant has yet to credit your account, you can dispute the transaction through Allegacy.
