A stop payment can be placed online through WebBanking, at any financial center, or by contacting Member Services at (336) 774-3400 or (800) 782-4670. To place a stop payment in WebBanking, click the on "Secure Forms" and select the "Stop Payment Request for Pre-Authorized Drafts." Please allow at least three business days prior to the date the ACH draft is scheduled to come through to request the stop payment to ensure that the transaction will be sucessfully stopped
