An insurance check made payable to both you and Allegacy will need to be signed by a branch manager or a representative from our Lending Department. You can bring the check into any Allegacy financial center. An authorized representative will sign the check and you can deposit it into your account.
If there is not an Allegacy financial center near you, please mail the check to the attention of "The Lending Center" at PO Box 26043, Winston Salem, NC 27114-6043. Please enclose a letter explaining what the check is for and also include your member number. An authorized representative will sign the check and mail it back to you
